Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with Dr. Sunil Tank for an assessment, and we will guide you on the right treatment plan from there.
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients feel meaningful relief within 4 to 8 sessions, though it depends on your condition and how long you've had it. After your first assessment we share a clear, honest plan with the expected number of sessions — no open-ended packages.
Do you treat slip disc without surgery?
Yes. Most slip disc (herniated disc) cases respond well to non-surgical physiotherapy — a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, posture correction, and pain relief. We only suggest a surgical opinion when it is genuinely warranted.
Do you offer online / video consultations?
Yes. We offer focused 20-minute video consultations so you can get expert guidance from anywhere, including assessment, home exercise plans, and follow-ups.
Does online physiotherapy really work?
Yes — for most spine and joint problems, what drives recovery is an accurate assessment, the right graded exercises, and consistent follow-up, all of which work extremely well over video. Dr. Tank watches how you move, corrects your form live, and adjusts your plan week by week. Hands-on techniques are only one part of physiotherapy, and we tell you honestly if your case needs an in-person examination instead.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on whether you're booking from India or abroad, and on the type of visit. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay — payment is secure via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
How do I book an in-clinic visit?
Online self-booking is for video consultations. For a clinic visit in Jaipur, use Request a clinic visit — share your name, phone, and preferred day, and we'll confirm on WhatsApp. You can also call or message us directly.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp or use your patient portal: with 24 hours' notice you get free rescheduling or a full refund of any online payment. And if we ever have to cancel a session from our side, you always get a full refund or a free rebooking — your choice.
What are your clinic hours?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST), in Jaipur. You can book online any time, and our team will confirm your slot.
